Marvel Phase 5 Movies And Series With Release Dates

Marvel has big plans for future movies and Disney Plus Series. Marvel's upcoming projects promise a future that is wild and massive.

Here are the movies and Disney plus series announced for phase 5:

 1  Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023)

Super Hero partners Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and The Wasp. Together, with Hope's parents Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne, the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures, and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible.

2  Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (2023)

In Marvel Studios Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, our beloved band of misfits is looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.

 3  The Marvels (2023)

Marvel Studios' The Marvels will feature Brie Larson returning to the role of Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers. In the film, she’ll be joined by Teyonah Parris, who was first introduced as adult Monica Rambeau in Marvel Studios' WandaVision, along with Iman Vellani, who will appear as Ms. Marvel in the upcoming Disney+ series of the same name. Prepare to experience it and fly higher, further, and faster with the film, directed by Nia DaCosta!

4  Captain America: New World Order (2024)

The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier have all come before this one. It is the tenth movie in Phase Five and the 34th overall in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie is scheduled to premiere on May 3, 2024.

 5  Thunderbolts (2024)

The upcoming superhero movie Thunderbolts is based on the same-named Marvel Comics squad. The movie is a follow-up to Black Widow, The Falcon, and The Winter Soldier as well as Ant-Man and the Wasp. It is the eleventh movie in Phase Five and the 35th movie overall in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie is scheduled to debut on July 26, 2024.

 6  Blade (2024)

The new Blade movie was first announced in July 2019 during San Diego Comic-Con. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige announced the film and confirmed that it would star multiple-Oscar winner Mahershala Ali in the lead role.

 7  Secret Invasion (2023)

Secret Invasion is a series heading to Disney+ that stars Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn as the Skrull Talos — characters who first met in Captain Marvel. The crossover comic event series showcases a faction of shape-shifting Skrulls who have been infiltrating Earth for years.

 8  Echo (2023)

The origin story of Echo revisits Maya Lopez, whose ruthless behavior in New York City catches up with her in her hometown. She must face her past, reconnect with her Native American roots and embrace the meaning of family and community if she ever hopes to move forward.

 9  Loki Season 2 (TBA)

The same-named Marvel Comics character serves as the inspiration for Loki, an American television series currently in its second season. It shares continuity with the other movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), where it is situated. Eric Martin serves as the season's head writer, and Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead are in charge of the directorial staff. The season is made by Marvel Studios.

10 Ironheart (2023)

Ironheart is a series coming to Disney+ that stars Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, a genius inventor who creates the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man.

11 Agatha: Coven of Chaos (2023)

Agatha: House of Harkness will reveal more about the character first introduced in Marvel Studios' WandaVision.

12 Daredevil: Born Again (2024)

The 1986 comic book story arc "Born Again" was published in the Daredevil comic book series by Marvel Comics. The plot debuted in Daredevil #227–231, with art by David Mazzucchelli and writing by Frank Miller. It was eventually reissued in graphic book style along with issue #226 from the prior run and a further story arc from issues #232–233 of Daredevil, which ties up some loose ends from the first story arc. Because of this, this sequel's story arc is now frequently referred to as being a part of "Born Again".
