Kim Kardashian, a famous reality television personality, businesswoman, and skincare mogul, is set to add another title to her already impressive list: high-profile actress. She will be appearing alongside Emma Roberts in the 12th season of American Horror Story on FX, and according to the Hollywood Reporter, the role was specifically written for her.

AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy expressed excitement about working with Kim and welcomed her to the show, stating that Halley Feiffer had written a unique and scary role that was perfect for her. This season is said to be ambitious and unlike anything, the show has done before.

Production for the upcoming season is planned to commence in New York City sometime in April, with a scheduled premiere in the summer. However, the specific details of the premiere have not yet been announced by Ryan Murphy or FX.

Although Kim Kardashian has made a few guest appearances on shows such as How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, and Paw Patrol, her upcoming role in American Horror Story is her most significant acting opportunity thus far.
